NUICA continues to build stronger partnerships, elevate the voice of its members, and advocate for the future of the mechanical insulation industry.
In the latest edition of NUICA News, President Chris Grando represented NUICA members at the Insulators Union Conference in Anaheim, where he spoke about the importance of collaboration, partnership, industry growth, and the shared responsibility of contractors and union leadership in strengthening the industry.
The newsletter also looks back on NUICA’s 2026 Nashville Conference, which brought members from across the country together for several days of education, networking, meaningful discussion, and memorable experiences. In addition, NUICA highlights its ongoing advocacy efforts surrounding the Federal Mechanical Insulation Act and encourages members to stay engaged with their local union partners and elected representatives.
